Balugaan:- Under the supervision of Balugaan Excise Inspector Ajit Patra, a raid was conducted in Birjai and Kosharda forests under Banpur police station on Wednesday and 11,000 kg of honeydew was destroyed and 1500 liters of native honeysuckle were seized. The estimated value of the seized honey poch and desi honey is estimated to be Rs. 8 lakh 50 thousand. During this Sankranti, cases were registered under Kesha No. 242, 243, 244 and 245\/25-26, but no accused was arrested, said Balugaon Excise Inspector Shri Patra. The investigation was attended by Jatni Excise Officer Sujit Kumar Muduli and Team, Begunia Excise Inspector Sanjay Kumar Subudhi and Team, Tangi Excise Inspector Ramesh Chandra Barik and Team, SI Minketan Mohalik, and Balugaon Excise officers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
